Enrolments
All enrolments are managed through an online system; OWNA. This booking system gives you control! You can request permanent and casual bookings, manage and update contacts details, collection authorisations, advise and upload medical information and much more!
Existing Families
If your child has attended a Kids Biz program in the last 12 months (July 2023 or sooner) your account will be added to our new software provider OWNA, and an email to join the OWNA app will be sent to you before the end of term 3 2024.
Please DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. Contact us at admin@kidsbizoshc.com.au if you need assistance accessing your existing account.
Returning Families
If your child has not attended a Kids Biz program in the last 12 months (July 2023 or sooner), you will need to register an account with our new software provider OWNA. Please following the set up steps listed in the "New Families" section below.
New Families
Complete Online Enrolment Form
Please click on the "Online Enrolment Form" button on the right, to complete an enrolment form. Once your form is successfully submitted and processed by our admin team, you will receive an email inviting you to join the OWNA App (example below).
Set up OWNA Account
To set up your account in OWNA you will need to:

Download the OWNA App (this is available on apple and android devices)

Set up your account using the username and link to set your password – this information will be in your invitation email (see example above)

Sign your Direct Debit Request form – this is done through your App (DDR signing guide listed below)

Sign your Complying Written Agreement (CWA) – this is done through your App (CWA Signing guide listed below)

You can now make permanent & casual bookings - this can be done through the OWNA App and portal (booking guides listed below)
